Architecture

The v25.0 Temporal GNN implements a TGN Multi-Snapshot architecture combining an LSTM temporal encoder with TGAT (Temporal Graph Attention) multi-head attention. The model processes 337 weekly temporal snapshots derived from the Living Oracle feed (2348 days, 2020-2026), with 6-dimensional CTAF edge features from the 6-Framework Meta-Oracle fused with bridge features.

Performance

Key Finding: TGN Multi-Snapshot with LSTM temporal encoder + TGAT attention achieves Test AUC 0.9917, exceeding the 0.990 target. The LSTM memory module proves more effective than pure attention for this entity graph when combined with multi-snapshot training.
